Technology
From licence to
production line
Across the Asia-Pacific, manufacturers need proven technology faster than they can develop it. Elsewhere, companies own designs they no longer have the capital or the market to build. We connect the two: we acquire or license the technology, move the know-how with the engineers who developed it, and build it into production, with every required approval in place before we sign.
Two routes
We buy it outright
Patents, designs, software and process know-how, and sometimes the whole product line, when the owner wants a clean exit from a technology it no longer plans to build. The engineers who developed it are invited to come with it.
We license it
When the owner wants to keep its technology, we take a licence with technical assistance for agreed products and territories. The owner keeps its intellectual property, earns royalties from a market it would not otherwise reach, and is paid in stages as the transfer succeeds.
How a transfer works
Find
Technology already proven in customers' hands, not laboratory prototypes. The owners are often mid-sized engineering companies, research institutes or founders whose technology has outgrown its home market.
Clear
Before anything is signed, we confirm who owns the technology, how export rules classify it, which approvals the transfer needs, and who the finished product may be sold to. If a transfer cannot be done lawfully, we walk away, however good the technology.
Transfer
Drawings and documents are the easy part; the know-how lives in people. The owner's engineers train ours on site and in our plant, and fees are paid in stages linked to approvals and transfer milestones, not all at signing.
Build
A manufacturing company in the Asia-Pacific takes the product into production, with an operating partner from day one. Customer qualification comes first, volume second.
What we look for
What we don't do
If you own technology you no longer build, or cannot build at scale, we can put it back into production and pay you for it.
License and keep ownership, or sell and move on. You choose the route.
Staged fees and royalties tied to real milestones, not promises.
We lead the export classification and approval work, with your engineers alongside.
