Hiroshi Tanabe
Opened the Tokyo office in 2017. Spent fifteen years in corporate development at a Nagoya-listed industrial group, where he ran forty-one succession acquisitions.
Wei-Lin Chang
Sits inside portfolio companies for the first year after acquisition. Former plant director and later COO of a Taiwanese precision components manufacturer.

Sourcing and diligence across Southeast Asia. Joined from the Kuala Lumpur office of a global consultancy, where she covered consumer and distribution.
